  1. *WEEK COMPLETED!*
    My final results were incredible, thanks Lucy!!! 💕

    Day 1: I actually got quite puffed, haha 😂 I thought it was a great little workout! Perfect amount of time for me while my baby keeps herself occupied beside me 🙂

    Diet:
    I am eating more fruit and veg to fill me up instead of naughty things 😊

    Day 2: Actually felt a little sore! Did another 7 minute workout and tried the 4min arm workout as well!

    Day 3: I did the 7min work out and the 4min arm workout as soon as I woke up in the morning. Was going to try and do the workout again in the afternoon but had a very active day and was pretty tired and still a little sore. Haha!

    Day 4: Did the work out twice today, once in the morning and again in the afternoon and I had a look at my measurments just for fun and lools like I have lost 1/2 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my waist! Exciting! And I have managed to eat healthy with only a couple tiny treats haha 😊

    Day 5: Did the work out twice today!

    Day 6: Did the 7min workout and the 4min arm workout. Feeling stronger!

    Day 7: Still feeling motivated and am watching what I eat, trying not to have too many snacks. 😋 I did the 7min workout twice today and the 4min arm workout, it is starting to get alot easier and I’m not as puffed as I was in the beginning.

    Final result:
    Managed to loose 2.5inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips!!! Also I lost 4.2kg! Woohoo

    Conclusion:
    These quick but effective workouts easily fit into my busy daily schedule! I feel so much more motivated and confident! I hope to continue to watch what I eat and do this workout at least once a day and continue to loose weight and inches off my body! Brilliant!

  2. I’ve been seeing these comments about people’s results so i’m gonna do my own!
    FYI: I’m 5’9 almost 5’10 and i weigh around 180lbs and i wanna get to around 130-140 🙂
    I’m also eating really clean
    DAY 1: it was quite easy just really sweaty afterwards and I had to drink a lot of waterrr. I did it twice today (once in the am and once in the pm)
    DAY 2: so i finished day 2 and pushed through, i also did her arm and thigh 7 minute workout each so i was kinda tired :/ but i don’t see any changes so far but i feel like its working!!
    DAY 3: okay so i just finished my workout for the day and i’m looking at my before and after photos and i see a difference!!! my stomach looks flatter and its just day 3! I will still push through tho.
    DAY 4: okay i can’t really do the workout today bc im fasting for religious reasons so i can’t drink water as well. so im skipping today’s workout 🙁
    DAY 5: okay so hey guys I started my cycle today and my stomach really hurts :/ so idk if I can do it today but imma do it tmrw
